Friendly and helpful staff, giving a very prompt service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. The onlyk drawback was on return, the driver disappeared after handing me the keys too quickly for me to check the car over (a habit), but nothing was amiss anyway.

Having used other Meet and Greet Services, I am able to make comparisons: as far as Manchester Airport goes, this is by far the best service I have used. Arrival is never easy because "20 minutes away" can change (after phoning in) depending on traffic conditions at the time but we had to wait for only about 5 minutes for the car to be collected and had only a very short walk to Departures ((Terminal 1). Our return was even more impressive - we phoned in from baggage retrieval and as soon as we got outside the car was ready and waiting for us. Brilliant! Would definitely use LCS again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others, based on our experience. One review has mentioned there being mud on their car. There was some mud splashing on one side of ours but given the awful weather that there was during our time away it was hardly surprising, and not really a problem as far as we were concerned. Thank you LCS, carry on the good work.

Superb service - we were delayed coming back from holiday and re-routed which meant we arrived at a different terminal. LCS were very happy to change the arrival terminal and at no extra cost, even though we were 12 hours later than expected. Fantastic value for money and friendly and polite staff ! Will use again no doubt about that !

Excellent service from LCS no problems on collection even though we got lost and arrived late. Even better on return as we arrived early morning and stayed in the Premier Inn. Next morning cars where brought to us saving us a journey back to the Airport. First class and I would highly reccomend

First impressions are very important when you are about to hand your car over to a total stranger. Both of your drivers were well presented and friendly and were extremely professional. My only recommendation for improvement would be to ask whoever answers the mobile phone to be a bit more "customer focussed". Maybe answering the phone with "LCS car parking, how can I help?" Instead of "Yes" or "Hello".

Great service. drop off and car return went without a hitch. Driver on site when we arrived and on return car was with us within 5 minutes. Will definitely use LCS again.

A bit slow to pick up when dropping off but the airport was very busy on the Sunday afternoon. Pick up was quick and made up for it. Will be looking to use again in October.

Booked just 2 days before departure, when I called to say I was nearly there they said my booking had not been passed onto them. It wasn't a problem, they came and met me promptly, took my details so I could be on my way and they dealt with the rest. Very professional and I will use this company every time now.

Service overall was good, quick pick up although concerned we were not given a receipt or any paperwork on handing the car over. A business card with a phone number was only provided. The car was not checked off for any marks on receipt by them. Pick up/return of car was a little more difficult as there was no parking location for the driver to pull over in my car, so was risky to get bumped when outside terminal 3. Driver wanted me to sign the 'car check off sheet' when it was 1am, dark and unable to see or check my car, (so I marked it as 'unchecked due to darkness'), and there was 16 miles extra on my mileage clock when receiving the car back. The cars are stored I understand 0.5 miles from the airport, so Im not impressed car was used for other activity obviously without my permission. I would recommend noting your mileage before handing over. the guys are nice and helpful, just a shame they do not respond after the service when you query the mileage. Hence not scored low star rate as the service is good just needs a little Improvement on customer satisfaction and response.
