Looked into these guys and rang up to clarify few questions as my car is my baby first time left so wanted things answering , the gentleman I spoke to was very professional very reassuring and answered all I wanted to know with efficiency , went ahead and booked a meet and greet with this company and couldn't be happier , rang them to pick up car we were delayed and they were so helpful and happy to come back no ifs no buts , arrived at airport and was greeted by a gentleman very friendly and welcoming wished us well on our holiday asked him look after my baby all jokes aside, and off we went , coming home again no problems car arrived quick (best sight ever lol ) and again with a very friendly welcome off the driver , my car was with this company for 11days and I would recommend them to anyone, ignore all the negative comments my experience was flawless and my car returned how I left her and I will 10000% use again when I go away each time , can't thank this company and all it's staff over the phone and the drivers enough very professional , friendly and welcoming what more could you ask for when your pride and joy is other people's hands .... thanks guys :)

First time using them after a recommendation. They were there when got we arrived and waiting when we got back. No complaints.

We have used LCS regularly over the last few years and never had a problem, however on the last occasion we did the normal phone call 10 minutes before arriving to then stand around waiting. It was 50 minutes from the phone call to the arrival of LCS with no apology from the guy who arrived. I am giving 3 stars because the return part was spot on with a prompt delivery.

We used LCS recently for a family holiday. On the whole they were competitively priced and the drivers picking up/dropping off the car were polite and friendly. However the person who answered the phone did not give very clear instructions as to where the meeting points were (at drop off and pick up), and seemed impatient when I had to call again to clarify the meeting points.

we have used lcs for many years now and recommened them to other people but this was the worst expierence with them.We phoned up 20 mins before arrival as usual but had to wait a further 20 mins at the terminal for the car to be collected.Upon our return to Manchester we phoned as usual to say we had cleared customs and were told a 15 min wait.However we waited over 45 mins due to the wrong car being delivered to us.Apparently the person bring the car back was being trained.I am now in 2 minds if I shall use them again

Used Lcs for the first time 25th may. We we're met promptly on arrived, I was impressed. Coming home at midnight on Thursday last week, there had been a mix up with cars which we were duly apologised to for and we ended up waiting for about 30 minutes while our car was returned. My 10 year old was a pretty tired, but I would absolutely use the service again this summer and perhaps as another reviewer suggested some kind of loyalty scheme could be introduced?

Used LCS many times always courteous and efficient,although collection times are starting to become longer which is a bit disappointing.How about a customer loyalty scheme for frequent users?

The service was excellent and very very professional, I didn't have to wait long for my car even though I landed at 12:30 in the morning. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using the airport and will use them again next year. 5 out of 5

We Have used lcs 3 times before and always were very efficient on return journey our flight was delayed by 2 hours and when we rung we were told we would have. A short wait of around 30 minutes but the car was back with us within 20minutes would recommend using the meet and greet especially if you have children will be using again in August when we go away for 2 weeks

Very good and prompt service

I have used this company roughly 20 times over the years and obviously keep returning because the service is second to none. Forget any negative comments you hear because in my experience this company is faultless.

Excellent service and no problems with my car. Only disappointment was that my webcam had been disconnected from the power source. I understand this may have been done due to such footage being posted on utube but surely it should not have been disconnected??

Great service the driver was waiting for us when we arrived ,only waited 10 minutes for car to arrive on return , used 4 times now best way to park car makes it so easy for me as I struggle walking

Brilliant service once again

Very efficient collecting our car at the start of the holiday, but on returning we had a 30 minute wait. We had been told there was a security alert, but in that case how were all the other pick-ups/drop-offs able to happen? We have used LCS many times and this was our first disappointment. Also, my husband is 76 and would really appreciate a little help with the suitcases, which is supposed to be part of the service.

We always fly from Manchester and we always use LCS. We have never had a problem. They are always on time & very efficient. Last holiday we arrived back, collected our luggage, rang LCS and by the time we had walked through Customs and made our way up one floor to the departure area LCS were just driving onto the forecourt with our vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NO WAITING. WHAT A SERVICE!

1st time using a meet and greet service. I arrived early to drop off and the guy was fantastic and arranged to collect my car from me. My flight was delayed coming back to pick up and again the guy was really accommodating. On both drop off and pick up I didn't gave to wait very long at all. The guy even helped me with my luggage. Really friendly guys too. Faultless service. I definitely recommend these guys. A*+ service.
