Used LCS last weekend for the 3rd time this year. As always they were on time for both the outward and return journeys. The drivers are always polite. It is a pleasure to use this company and we certainly do recommend them to our friends. A loyalty discount or incentive might be a good idea LCS!

Have used LCS before more than once. No issues with the actual pick up or drop of punctuality. There was a mix up at drop off which was very quickly and efficiently resolved and collection went smoothly. However, the car was returned covered in mud as if it had been driven through a ploughed field, which I was very disappointed to see. I am now awaiting a response to an email and I would hope that, as a regular user, my concerns will be addressed and resolved by LCS quickly.

Great service as usual. Driver even contacted me before I had a chance to contact them. On time and efficient. Baggage delayed on return, but car delivered in super-quick time. can definitely recommend.

great service as usual. we must have used this company a dozen times now. Further to an earlier review there is a code you can use that may give you a discount. unfortunately I hav'nt found how to use it yet.

Cannot fault the drop off, but a little disappointed to wait 30 minutes for the collection. The driver however made up for it by being so helpful with luggage and my wife's mobility scooter. Would certainly use the service againL

I've used this service a few times now and have been very pleased with them but unfortunately I'm sad to say I was not so thrilled this last time. On dropping my car at the departures there was a bit of a wait for the guy to take my car, when collecting my car after my holiday 2 weeks later I phoned to say that we had collected our luggage and was told that "he was on his way" and to wait outside door two at departures. We waited in the freezing cold for 25 minutes - not exactly meet and greet and not what I expected as previously the car was there within a few minutes. I was disappointed. It was 5:30 in the morning so blaming traffic was not an option. It has definitely put me off using this service again for my next holiday in January.
